Nichole has worked in user centred design for more than 30 years and is an award-winning leader of accessibility practices.
Nichole has worked in the public, private, education and community sectors. She is the author of books about embedding accessibility and bringing ‘lived experience’ into the core of a business.

The photographs of disabled people used on this site have been provided by the Centre for Ageing Better who provide a collection of images depicting older and disabled people in respectful, non-stereotypical ways.
